This is my third pregnancy, so I've kind of been in the "been there, done that, no big deal" mindset. I've been feeling a lot better since the first trimester horribleness, so I've gotten a little cocky with my workout routine. I practice hot yoga (doctor approved as long as I'm not overdoing it), and I've slowly been testing my limit. Yesterday, I think I reached it, because I woke up this morning with some very light spotting. I called the doc on-call, and she said that as long as it was just that little bit of spotting, it's nothing to worry about, but that it probably was the exercise that caused it... take it easy over the next couple of days. She doesn't have to tell me twice! I was a nervous wreck! This was a huge lesson in humility and restraint for me. I need to consciously give my body a break.
