What are you doing to keep your sanity? I am still coming in to work and doing the same everyday things with DS. I'm trying not to focus on being overdue, AGAIN!
What plans have you discussed with your OB in regards to induction/natural progression? I just found out yesterday that my OB will be out of town this weekend, which means that I can choose to go through a potential 2 day induction before she bails, or take my chances on nature happening and possibly delivering with another doctor (which happened with DS). I've decided to let nature take it's course for now. She recommended lots of SEX... Um, any other alternatives for this sexless pregnant lady? And ex is being a POS again.
Are you still working? Yep, momma needs that money and would go BSC if I was stuck at home right now.
How far overdue are you? 12 days
What are you doing to keep your sanity? Not sure I am sane.
Organising loads of things - kitchen cupboards, master bathroom, baby stuff, electronic updates, packing and repacking my hospital bag, delegating work...
What plans have you discussed with your OB in regards to induction/natural progression? In for induction tomorrow. Starting with the suppositories first then pitocin if needed. A bit disappointing, but it is what it is. I didn't allow a sweep and I don't want PROM during the induction process.
Are you still working? Went on medical leave a week before due date. I had kinda delegated myself out of the job during a quiet period. Have been available via blackberry, so have been working remotely on major issues as needed. Will be putting the bb down as of tonight.
Here's to hoping all of us overdue ladies get cracking and have our babies soon!!!

What plans have you discussed with your OB in regards to induction/natural progression? I go back on Thur which will be 40+3 for a non stress and I am suppose to get a call from someone to schedule an induction.
Are you still working? No NJ allows you to take 4wks before DD, but since someone is running late I get extra time.
Also I am super jealous of everyone's birth post even though I am only 1 day over, but between this preg and my last I have been preg for over 15 months and still no baby
Update: lady from the docs office called I am scheduled for next Monday, I am having contractions now but I think they are just bad fakes time is a bit off and the pain level is staying the same
4 days or 7 days overdue, depending on which way you calculate it.

Just trying to stay busy - cleaning, doing baby projects, and making plans to see friends etc.

I'm supposed to go in tomorrow for an NST, sono, and discussion of induction. Most likely they will schedule me for the end of the week. Fingers crossed that she decides to come on her own, but at 1 cm dilated and 0% effaced, I'm not hopeful.

I'm pet sitting daily, but that's it. I quit my real job at the university when I graduated in May!
What are you doing to keep your sanity? I lost my sanity months ago between my drama filled job, nursing home issues, and various othe little things. But trying to keep busy, making cute little plastic canvas owl coasters and getting info together to hopefully go back to college this fall for a second Bachelor's degree.
What plans have you discussed with your OB in regards to induction/natural progression? OB mentioned casually at my last appt since it was so close to my due date, but if LO is not here by Friday, he's going to discuss when they'll be inducing me.
Are you still working? Nope, they pulled me out of work back in June because of struggling to walk due to severe pregnancy induced/exacerbated joint pain.
What are you doing to keep your sanity? Hmm not much, as these annoying contractions are so painful at times that they just stop me dead in my tracks! I finished a cross stitch that I had sitting around my house for a long time, but otherwise am going from sitting uncomfortably to laying down uncomfortably to waddling around uncomfortably.
What plans have you discussed with your OB in regards to induction/natural progression? Going in for a second sweep tomorrow and really hoping that does something. Have an induction scheduled for Friday but am hoping he comes before then!

How far overdue are you? I'm five days overdue, and I'm so tired of being pregnant. I almost feel like I'm more excited to not be pregnant than I am to have baby girl here....
What are you doing to keep your sanity? Ignoring the "How are you doing?" "When's that baby getting here?" "You need to tell her to hurry up!" texts/phone calls/facebook messages, etc. It's not as if I'll keep her birth a secret, people! Additionally, I should work on the quilt I started for baby girl. I literally have like three hours left on it?
What plans have you discussed with your OB in regards to induction/natural progression? I have my regularly scheduled appointment tomorrow at 9, and the NP said she was sure my OB would want to induce Thursday or Friday. I'm not super excited about losing my all-natural birth plan, but I'm so ready to not be pregnant that I'm willing to go for it!
Are you still working? I'm a teacher, so I'm on summer break. My plan was to go back to school on time, but since baby girl is taking her sweet time getting here, I'm getting nervous that I won't be able to go to school when it starts--and that freaks me out! I need to be there for the first days of school to put the smack down and keep control of my sixth and seventh graders!!

What are you doing to keep your sanity? Sleeping, cleaning, laundry, spending time with two current kiddos

I am currently 5 cm and 80% without a contraction in sight (have been for a week)...going in 8 am Friday morning for her to break my water if it hasn't happened by then - had to do the same with my last baby and it all happened very quickly! Hoping she comes earlier, but if not there's an end in sight!
Are you still working? No, but I'm a teacher so I'm just off for the summer...will work 1st week of school then plan to take 8-12 weeks off and go back around Halloween or ThanksgivingHow far overdue are you? 8 days
What are you doing to keep your sanity? Cleaning, napping, crafting and normal life stuff.
What plans have you discussed with your OB in regards to induction/natural progression? My fluid levels were on the low side of normal yesterday. If they drop too far down when I go for my next appointment on Thursday, I may be induced then. Otherwise, I have an induction scheduled for Monday (two weeks past due).
Are you still working? Nope, I finished teaching at the end of May and have been on summer break since.

How am I keeping my sanity? I took a vacation day and just hung out at home and at the coffee shop and ran errands.
What are you plans? Since my baby measured 9lbs 4oz on my due date the Dr is getting worried about how big she will be. If she continues at the same rate as the last two weeks she'll be about 10 pounds on Monday which is when we are scheduled to be induced. I'd prefer not to be induced but if she is like her daddy she might stay in almost an extra month.
Are you still working? Yep, but today is officially my last day either she comes today or tomorrow or I'm taking another vacation day. I too am getting frustrated with the you're still here question I get it a minimum of a dozen times a day. I've been hiding out at my desk mostly because every time I leave my desk I get that question.
What are you doing to keep your sanity? I'm actually doing pretty well. I definitely have experienced some "lightening" and I'm the most comfortable I've been in months! My doctor kind of thought I'd go early so I'm surprised to still be here!

I have another ultrasound on Monday to check the size/fluid so I could have my induction appointment pushed up but otherwise I will be induced on Friday at 7:30. Still hopeful that baby comes on his/her own before then, though. I'm 4cm dilated and 80% effaced - let's go, baby!
Are you still working? Well, I had PLANNED on still working but I got laid off last week. Talk about bad timing...
How far overdue are you? I'm 40+1 today but have zero contractions & feel like it's going to be at least a few more days.
What are you doing to keep your sanity? I'm not too bad except when people make me feel like I need to make myself go into labor. I don't necessarily love being this pregnant but I'm ok waiting until he's ready to.come out.

Are you still working? I stopped my volunteer work at 36 weeks. DH will keep working until I go into labor.
4 days, but DD #1 was 3 weeks early so I can't believe I've gone this long.
What are you doing to keep your sanity?
Just keeping busy with my toddler, trying to enjoy her as much as possible. I'm achy at the end of each day but otherwise just fine waiting for her to come on her own.
What plans have you discussed with your OB in regards to induction/natural progression?
I've been 2cm, 100%effaced and 0 station for a couple of weeks now. I'm a VBAC candidate so we are hoping things start naturally. I have a biophysical profile scheduled for Monday and we have discussed the possibility of induction with low dose pitocin at that time, depending on the baby.

I'm a SAHM, so, yes! Everyday. Haha but DH has been taking time off and we have lots of family help.
