  Some appointments I'm spot on some a week behind or ahead. My doctor said there's no cause for concern as long as I am measuring within 2 weeks of my due date.

  As long as baby measures within a week on ultrasound, there is no reason to be concerned. It's pretty common to measure behind or ahead at the doctors office. I actually measured 27 weeks on Tuesday. Thursday made me 25 weeks. She wasn't concerned. I also had a friend who always measured 4 weeks ahead at her appointments.

  I wouldn't worry... I was told there was a 2 week buffer on baby's size

  My MW said at my last appointment that the belly measurement should be within 2 weeks. At 24 weeks I was measuring 25, and she said as long as it's within 2 weeks I'm good!

  If the doctor was concerned then he/she would send you for an U/S to check your fluid levels. I've been measuring 1/2 week behind for over a month. With DS I measured 1 week behind for the final 6 weeks. It is normal and not a big concern.

  I measured a week behind with LO for several weeks and then he caught up at the end. If the doctor is not saying anything, I wouldn't be concerned.

  I measured four weeks behind at my 24 week appointment... ultrasound showed normal fluid levels and a baby who is actually slightly larger than average. Fundal height measurements are just guidelines. No worries.

  Mine is a week ahead.
  
  I know when I ovulated so I know my due date is wrong.
  
  Due dates are an estimate. It's just one week off. It they aren't worried, I'm sure you are ok.

  I went last week at 27 weeks and 2 days and measured 30 weeks. Doctor wasn't at all concerned and said that he was probably going to be a big baby. (DH is 6'3")
