First time IUI-What to expect

Hi all! I'm new here. I have PCOS so I've been having trouble conceiving. Last year after my first round of Clomid we got pregnant but lost the baby at 6 weeks on Spetember 16, 2013. We have been trying normally since. Doctor finally put me back on medication. This time Letrozole (Femara) which is similar to Clomid. I ovulated today so I went in for my first IUI. It was pretty painful. I had really strong cramping. After it was done the cramping stopped but I have been having some light bleeding. Anyone know if this is normal or should I call my doctor. It's the weekend so I don't want to call her cell if it's not urgent but since my miscarriage I freak out with everything. Any help and advice would help. Thank you!!!
