WHERE can rights be terminated?

I know the termination thing seems like a topic all fly byers ask and all that but I'm curious if anyone knows of a resource that lists which states ALLOW termination. I've searched and Google doesn't seem to pull up the right things. If anyone knows, please let me know. From the looks of it, NC does allow termination for certain circumstances through the court...including not paying CS and abandonment. Looking better and better each day.

Thanks for letting me know about your state. This whole thing is so annoying. I so hope someone has a list/chart thing that lays this out in laymans terms.

Yeppers. DB still hasn't met E. I have a feeling he will end up quitting on the trial right before..or right before his lawyer asks him to replenish the account. I've heard nothing in weeks and since it's been almost 6 months, I don't think he has any interest in her.
