Hello!  I'm a second time mom due in October.  I had my first son drug free in October of 2011.  We ended up with a vacuum assist after a little over 4 hours of pushing- his cord was wrapped a few times and it was pulling him back in so I couldn't get his head fully under my pubic bone.  We are planning a second med free/low intervention birth for our second son assuming that he stays head down and there are no other complications that require a different plan.
