Middle Name for Audrey

We think we have a girl name decided on, but I can't find a middle name I love. Popularity doesn't really matter to us, DD is Emma June and we've never regretted it. There aren't any Audrey's in our circle, and I love that it sounds great with Emma. That said, I typically hate trendy names, but am open to any other suggestions. Ruby is our 2nd choice.

All MN's are family names, but please feel free to add to our ideas. Thanks!

I don't mind Audrey, but I don't think you should use a short MN's like the ones you've suggested. Suggestions:

    Audrey Catherine
    Audrey Elizabeth
    Audrey Marie
    Audrey Christine
    Audrey Nicole
    Audrey Sophia
    Audrey Grace
    Audrey Annette
    Audrey Gwendolyn
    Audrey Genevieve
    Audrey Jocelyn

Audrey sounds awesome with Emma! I voted Audrey Cate. Ruby is beautiful too
  • My DD is Audrey Elise. We also considered Elizabeth, Pearl and June as mns. My middle name is Rae and I always wanted to use that, but I don't like how it sounds with Audrey, the "ree" sound at the end makes it sound to sing-songy to me. Ree-Ray.

Of your choices I voted Rose, very pretty!

I kind of like Audrey Lynn...I think it flows really well and it just sounds really nice, I think it's my favourite which is odd since I usually go towards the Roses and Maes
  • Are you in the South? I love Audrey but do prefer longer MN with it.

  • If our little one is a girl she will most likely be Audrey Rae-Nadine
  • Nope, very far North actually. :) We have a pretty complicated last name so we like a shorter FN/MN combo.
  • I think a short mn sounds great with Audrey. I know a little Audrey Claire. I voted for Audrey Mae but the only one that I really don't think sounds good is Audrey Ariel though I love both names separately. I do slightly prefer the name Ruby over Audrey because I think that it is so spunky and cute. Ruby would sound good with all those middle names with the exception of Rae and Rose. Ruby Cate is so cute and if it was an option I would've voted for it. Good luck!

  • Of your listed names I like Audrey Lynn or Audrey Rose.  I'm obsessed with Audrey Elizabeth and hope I have a daughter so I can name her that!
