AW - Bed Rest

I have been on hospital bed rest for 10 weeks now and realized today that I only have 10 weeks left!!! Although it seems like such a long time, I am super excited to be at the halfway point. That means we will meet our little man in 70 days or less!!!!! (Because of our complications my doctor will not allow us to go past 37 weeks.)

Yay ! Not too long to go, I admire your positive attitude about bein br especially in the hospital and not the comfort of your own home . Prayers it all goes safetly . Can't rememeber if you said why you were on hospital br?

@cynthiavrey I was placed on hospital bed rest due to delayed interval delivery (DID). At 17w5d my water broke for twin A and our little girl was delivered sleeping. In order to stop labor they had to cut her cord but not deliver the placenta. So now we are still pregnant with twin b (our little man) but her placenta started detatching at 24 weeks causing bleeding and contractions. With the help of mag they were again able to stop the labor and the bleeding has since stopped. With all our complications it is safer for me to be in the hospital than at home.

Good luck with the next ten. Hopefully they will fly by. I admire your strength and attitude throughout this whole situation. I think I might go crazy on bed rest and hope that I do not have to worry about that.
