I keep waking up in the night mainly due to being horribly uncomfortable & trying to work on that but also I wake up hungry! We eat dinner around 6-630pm and I don't feel all that hungry before bedtime but thinking I should start eating a small snack before I head to bed to avoid being hungry in the middle of the night. Anyone else experiencing this & if so what is a good snack to keep me satisfied thru the night?

Late night snack I would suggest apple slices with peanut butter. I'm thinking the protein will help. Or make those frozen banana peanut butter slices, would be so great in the heat
My naturopath has always recommended yogurt as a snack right before bed. It digests slowly as you sleep and lets you at least get out of bed and wake up before your starving.
I do notice a difference when I do eat it and when I don't.
