Vent.... Autism....

Omg, my boss. Seems to think that Ezra is just fine and will catch up. He knows an autistic kid and he is nothing like Ezra... Ezra responds and engages.... Ok. Man. So annoying.... Ezra is in 24 hrs a week of ABA therapy... And there are kids far worse off than he is... I truey believe it's a mild case. But dammit. I am sick of people telling me he's not autistic! Ok... Umm... Three hour appt with a neuro who said yes he is. The fact that my insurance has no qualms about being billed $800 a DAY for therapy. And they pay it! Don't even get me started on ssi. I know they think they are being optimistic.... But can you just accept that my son is autistic. He perfect, funny, goofy and autistic. Get over it.

    Yes. My mom refuses to believe it. Sometimes I say I don't know why I fight so hard for something I don't want in the first place.
