  Hi loves! We're doing well over here. PIO is going well. So last Wednesday is when it went down to 17 and started injects. I had it checked on Monday and it was 31, and today it was 39. Among other things, progesterone has always been a problem for me. I just don't produce it, so it's great that medication is boosting it so much. I had an u/s today and babe is growing and heart is still going. The doctor is pleased with the progress so far. I have a call in to an MFM to start transitioning away my RE. I have mixed feelings about that. I mean, of course, it's what we want but my RE and I have been through a freaking lot and she's so awesome. We told our families this past weekend and it went really well. For those who don't know, my husband and I live on the west coast and everyone in our families live on the east coast. We skyped with them and took screen shots of their reactions. It was great! Those are all the updates I have for the world right now. My next appt is next Wednesday. :-* ETA: I made paragraphs, but the bump has lost its mind. Please forgive the wall o' text.

  Yay for the progesterone going up. Double Yay for the hb, awesome news! And I'm happy to hear you got those moments sharing the news. It's hard being so far fromfamily for stuff like that, but it sounds like you made it memorable
  
  I'm sure the transition to an MFM is scary, but omg you're graduating!!!
  
  Ps. Some of my PAL friends in SD might have MFM recs if you need some.

  TTC since 4/28/07
  Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
  BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
  Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.

  Great update! As for OB choice, will you be able to move to a high risk doctor? It might help with the stress and they usually have more appts with you. That was the worst part of moving to an OB was only have appts once a month which seemed like nothing compared to going to an RE.

  Happy for the good news! My MFM experience was awesome. He followed closely and was super attentive and reassuring, I think you'll find it an easier transition to MFM than reg OB :-)
