So a discussion on another got me wondering something. How do you "clean up" after sex?
I always know dh wants sex if there is a towel on the bed. Or he will ask me before he comes out of the bathroom and I am inthe bed if he needs to bring a towel. I use it to clean up after then in the dirty clothes it goes for the next morning. Apparently that is gross?? What do you do?

We use a towel for me, and he goes to the bathroom and uses flushable wipes. I put back on the dirties that I was wearing until the morning.

We use a towel. I keep special "sex towels" under the bed. Haha.

Oh yeah! Lol. Of course, it's been a long time since we used those. We've had a box of condoms sitting in my drawer unopened for more than two years. I think they're expired now. Lol. 2 kids 18 months apart, I'd say there's enough evidence to show we don't use them.

I don't think that's gross. Maybe we're gross, we don't use a towel.
I always use the restroom right after, and I like to use flushable wipes.

I do this too. It's actually a good habit, it can help prevent UTIs!

I always pee after, so the TP takes care of me. For the dude I guess it depends. Sometimes a towel, sometimes a quick rinse in the sink.

I see nothing gross about throwing a sex towel in with the rest of your laundry, though. Who said it was?

I know it's a good habit for the uti reason, but I do it because I have the bladder control of a toddler... :P

Oh yeah. I totally get the post coital snail trail. Sometimes it makes me think I'm peeing. Or leaking. Beautiful.

We take a t-shirt out of the dirty laundry basket and clean up.

DH cleans up the bed mess while I pee and get cleaned up.

Add me to the "bathroom afterward" club. Although sometimes stuff is still lodged up there and comes dribbling out later after I'm already dressed. I freaking hate that.

We just...do it. Then I go to the bathroom and he wipes anything on himself with a towel. We don't pull out or anything, so there isn't often a huge mess on the sheets. If there is, they get changed. I've heard of the sexy time towel method, too, though. Haha. Fun thread! :P

Ya know, it always depends:

•Towel goes down if I'm on the periods

•Whatever is in reach (towel, undershirt, 2012 tax return, etc.) is used for a regular session until I waddle to the toilet for a pee. Sometimes a cupped hand is all I gots.

•Pull-out, it's a quick rinse-off in the shower. If I asked him to clean it, it wouldn't be to my standards (or clean at all).

I go pee, then hop into the tub. I clean out up in there because I can't stand the goop that comes out later... And guess what? You can still get pregnant doing this... Both times... O_o

We clean up with a shower towel then I go pee (I've always heard that helps prevent UTIs too). The towel gets thrown in with the dirty laundry. :-)

Even if I fall asleep, I usually have to pee within the hour — even when I'm not pregnant.

Sometimes I miss the mess-free sex with condoms, but dh also want great about making sure it made it into the trash can. Andplusalso, used condoms are catnip for dogs... :-& More than once I found a stray on the floor or under the bed. Picking it up the second time was somehow grosser than the first!
