I'm getting married this Friday and I have a question on what to do with my little ones. All of my family and my fiances family are going to be there and I have no idea what I should do with my girls when it starts getting late.... Any ideas?
You are just thinking of this now? My sister is getting married in a year, and I am already thinking of plans for my kids...
Do you have a regular babysitter? You could pay the sitter to come to the reception, keep an eye on the kids, and take them when it is time to go.
Where are they going after the reception? Are they going back to your house, to stay with a relative, or to a hotel? If you don't have a regular sitter, you could ask somebody if they are willing to take them when it is time to go.
Do any of your guests have kids (teenagers/college age) who might be willing to come help out?
Are any of your guests using a sitter for the wedding? My cousins will have a sitter for their kids during my sister's reception, and said that I can just have someone drop my kids at their house when it gets late and the sitter will take over for the night.
