I feel soooooo guilty. I have not been able to tolerate vegetables and haven't been eating healthy lately. Anyone else going through this?

Re: Anyone else struggling eating healthy?
I had ice cream and cake for lunch yesterday for no other reason than that it was there, and I wanted it. If any of my coworkers thought anything negative then they can get bent.
Judge much? There was a day that I had coke and chips for breakfast because it was honestly the only thing I could stomach, and I needed something in my stomach. Also, caffeine doesn't poison your baby. It is recommended to keep your intake to under 200-300 mg, which she's probably under.
To op, I am 24 weeks, and I feel like I am just now able to stomach normal, healthier food on a more regular basis. I have really struggled this pregnancy - fruits in particular make me want to gag. I've had many dinners that were just bread and butter/olive oil because that was the only thing I could handle. It's tough. I do the best I can, and I make sure to take my prenatal vitamin every day (unless I'm having a really horrible day where I can't stomach anything - not even a vitamin, and that's pretty rare now). Whenever I'm having a decent day, I try to maximize it by eating salads or healthier options. I also force myself to take bites of fruit or veggies - I figure a morsel of a healthy food is better than none at all.
Good luck! If you're 14 weeks, hopefully you'll start to feel better soon
Poisoning her baby? Guess I did that this morning when I got a medium sized coffee from McDonalds along with my biscuit.
ETA: because I suck at typing.
With my second pregnancy, I survived the entire first trimester on coffee and cheese buns. Another baby poisoner here.
The constipation was terrible, but my stomach thanked me. And baby was perfectly healthy at the end of the day.
Just make sure you take your vitamin, and eat whatever you can keep down.
Monster Truck (It's a GIRL!) is due 19/02/2015!
I try to eat some healthy things (chicken breasts, salad, yogurt, milk, raw or sautéed veggies) but occasionally (ok, regularly) have things like granola, bread, pirate's booty, cheez-its. I've been really liking dolmas lately, and they're somewhat healthy.
Just eat what you can, try to get some protein, carbs, calcium, etc., take your PNVs, and try to keep your weight gain within the range recommended by your doctor. I wouldn't stress about sometimes eating "unhealthy" things.
I need sleep.
I'll go back to drinking my huge-ass coffee, now.
