Am I doing this right?

Hi there! I'm from the April '14 group so this is a XP...

Does this look okay for the ergo? LO is 2 months old which I know is young to have his legs out, but he screams when he has them in and tries to stand up. If his knees come out past the "pouch", is legs out okay? I have a rolled up blanket under his butt, but his knees are still higher than his butt.

    Hope someone else can answer for you - my LO didn't tolerate the carrier until later & we used a diffrent one. Would ask on the baby wearing board if you have not already.

    He looks good to me!

    I don't know the specifics as far as when a babe can/should go hips out, but I think if he's not uncomfortable and his knees are higher than his bum (he looks like he has a good seat), I think you're good. 

    You'd probably have better luck on the Attachment Parenting board, they are very helpful with carrier questions.
