I had a BFP on 12dpiui (Monday) and my beta was a 34. I had my 2nd beta today (Wed) and it was only 49. I know it should be doubling, but is it too soon to give up? Any good stories that can turn a negative into a positive? Thanks!
What biblio said. It's not over til it's over and all that. 31-72 hrs is the normal doubling time for <1200. I know 48 hrs gets thrown around everywhere, but that's not the limit. So just take a deep breath and hang in there. Good luck.
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.
It should double but like everything else in our bodies it's not an exact science. I'm not trying to get your hopes up, but I've seen betas get a slow start and then make a big leap. Hang in there. GL!
