Job help!

I am currently temping at a job and have been interviewing for a diffrent position within the same company. I just today was offered the position. However, they don't want me to start till aug 11 and I will just be 12 weeks that week. When do you think I should tell my boss? I am so conflicted and nervous! I need this job and I want to be honest.
