I hope I did your SN right.

Anyway, pt has been going better for Daisy, however I'm still struggling for nighttime. Last night for example, she woke barking and whining at 2am and I took her out and nothing. Dh took her out at 4:30 and she peed/pooped. I didn't hear her until 7:30am( no barking or whining, just moving around)I got up right away but she had peed in her crate.

Couple questions;

Why do you think she peed in her crate? And do I take her out every time she whines and barks in the crate? How do I know she wants to go instead of play?

Am I supposed to keep her in her crate most of the time until she's trained? I'd say right now she's in there 50% of the time. ( not including night time).

Also, should I be giving her separate treats for pee and pooping? Like a bigger reward for poop? She hasn't pooped inside for two days now and peed once yesterday but that was my fault.

    Well in the house I usually give her those stick things and put them in her crate also. She almost went in her crate on her own but then was like fuck this shit.

    Also, I have neighbors on both sides of me with dogs. For the time being, is that kind of socializing with dogs?

    Yeah, neighbors dogs are good for socializing. Nipping I don't react to except to stop doing everything and walk away. They need to learn that nipping gets them zero reaction or attention, be it positive or negative.

    Yes. I noticed too that she won't sleep on her bed. She scoots it to the side and sleeps on the floor of the crate.

    The bonding thing varies from dog to dog. Elsa is too attached to me. She'll whine when I leave the room she's in and will only let me take her out to potty. I sense some separation anxiety might be an issue. Ein it was more of gentler bond at first. She'd come over and give me a kiss or want some scratchings. When there was a danger she'd retreat to me. Things like playing and training will really help strengthen a bond.

    Then maybe remove the bed? Use it later for training. Some dogs just prefer weird things. Ein would destroy all her beds, she sleeps in blankets. So thats what she has in her kennel.

    We adjusted her crate and no accidents! She did however pee/poop in my kitchen while I was in the bathroom. Harrumph.
