I seem to read a lot on women asking if the baby will turn head down in time. My question is the opposite. My baby is already head down at 28 weeks and 5 days. Is it likely she will turn breech again? I am going for a VBAC and her being head down is a determining factor. Everything I've read so far is meant to encourage women that if their baby is breech at this point they have plenty of time to flip. Should I be thinking the same or is it a "once they're head down, that's it" type of thing?

Like others said, baby could do anything between now and deliver. My first was head down right from my anatomy scan, and didn't really move at all (except to go from side to side) until delivery.
Don't stress on this one...
