If you have or are going to have 2 under 2, do you have a diaper bag for each baby, or do you just have one really huge bag to throw everything into? ?I have a feeling that necessity will soon squelch my desire to ridiculously overpack.
My cousin has 3 under 3. and she just uses one bigger bag. If I have another one soon, I would use one bag too, maybe one that has two larger sections so things can be separated a bit more. HTH!

When my friend had 3 under 4 she just carried one bigger diaper style bag. It had 2 large compartments so she could do diapers/wipes/pullup on one side and formula, sippy, binky, wallet on the other.

I just carry one diaper bag and always have... but, these days, unless it is a long trip, I just stuff a few diapers, a pack of wipes, and a thing of puffs in my purse
my diaper bag is big but but not super huge. I just dont need much for Eli anymore. a couple diapers and wipes and thats it. even for Kai I only cary around 6 diapers at a time and one extra onsie in case of accidents. I just found that you really dont need alot of the stuff that most people carry in thier bag and parreddown alot to the essentials.

I don't carry anything for DD anymore, except a sippy and snack if we are going anywhere for a long time. I keep diapers and wipes in the car, and if we go to the mall or something, then I just stick them at the bottom of the stroller.

Jacob doesnt require nearly as much stuff as Norah so we just pack a few diapers and maybe a shirt in Norahs bag...it's big enough for the both of them
I had the same question when I was pg!

When I had 2 under 2, I was able to find a little mini backpack for my older son to carry and it was great. In his backpack I kept a couple diapers, a small wipe container and a change of clothes. If we were just going somewhere quick I could also throw a couple newborn diapers in it or leave the big diaper bag in the car and have him carry everything which freed up hands for me. Plus, it made him feel like he was helping. It worked REALLY well. ;0)
I'll only have one bag for both the kids. I plan to keep more "emergency" items in the car though. But if having two is an excuse to get a new one, go for it! haha
I just cram everything into the skip hop messenger bag (not that big) and it pretty much fits-there are lots of great pockets in it. I also keep extra diapers and snacks in the car if I'm out all day and can't fit it.
