3y.o. sick last night, feels fine today, ok to fly today?

My 3 y.o. threw up twice yesterday, but, aside from that she was acting normal. She had a small fever (100.3) as well, but I wouldn't have ever known if she hadn't barfed (that's what prompted me to take her temperature). She says she feels better today and her fever is gone. She keeping down milk and drinking lots of water, but doesn't seem too interested in food, but she says she wants a smoothie later. She seems to be acting normal, just a little tired. She's napping now.

We have a trip planned to see her grandparents (a short 1.5 hour flight), and we are supposed to leave later this afternoon. Its and easy and fun trip for her, and we visit her grandparents frequently. However, I'm wondering if I should delay the trip till tomorrow, just to be sure she is 100% better.

I asked her if she wants to go today or wait until tomorrow. She says she wants to go today. Promising, but I'm not sure she fully understands the question.

Advice?

In assuming you went... I would go because to change the tickets it would probably be pretty expensive. We had to do that once when DH was really sick. We were on our way to the airport and he couldn't stop coughing and wa having a hard time breathing so we turned around. It cost us about $1000 I think to change both tickets to one day later. We pumped him full of drugs (which he should've done a few days before we left but that's a different story...) and he was improved enough to go the next day. If your kid is acting fine but not 100% I would go. But I'm a bad mom. I took DD on a plane a few hours after she was diagnosed with a double ear infection at 8 or 9 months. I just gave her ibuprofen and used the ear drops and she had no problems.
