Can medicine (steroids) effect your temps?

I spent the evening in Urgent Care for severe poison ivy and was given a Solumedral injection and Prednisone to take for the next 10 days. I can't know for sure, but its possible I'll O within the next 10 days. Can steroids effect your temps or O'ing?

    I don't remember noticing much of a difference when I've been on them. I think my temps were overall a bit lower, but that was probably due to better quality sleep. I didn't ovulate any earlier or later than normal.

    Hope the meds work and you feel better soon! That sounds awful!
    Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.

    Yes, steroids can affect your temps, unfortunately. It revs up your whole system to fight, thus increasing your temp. If you have other specific questions, feel free to ask! (I'm a RN)

    Thank you! This morning was a full 24 hours and i noticed what seemd like a big spike.
