Hello...I have been posting on TTC >35 since the beginning of the year and just now started venturing around this site to see other boards. As I looked around this board, I did see some familiar names so I know I am way behind in joining in.
About me...
I'm 40, single and have been TTC #1 since January using donor sperm. When I was about 20 I was diagnosed with PCOS but my RE believes that is not so much the case anymore. AF rarely showed her face most of my life but for about two or three years, I had it most of the time and one day almost hemorrhaged (almost 3 years ago) and since then was fairly regular. All my tests came back good so no visible issue there but I don't O very often.
I am on clomid and had one follie and triggered in May which didn't work. It did "bless me" with a corpus luteum cyst that passed this last cycle. Not something I had ever experienced before! This is my 7th cycle and I am on Clomid plus a steroid and I go in for a sono on Monday to see if this one worked. I will trigger again when it happens but I am really hoping for more than one follie.
I did enjoy reading the posts on the IUI thread and would like to participate on that thread. It is so nice to see the successes and that gives me hope.

@Rumbera28 - Thank you and I am with an RE. My OB was not very helpful and cost me 6 months of precious time (I started with RE in January so I guess tecnically I started TTC a year ago but the OB was NO help so I don't really count that!).

May 2014: Benched due to 27mm cyst

July - September 2014: Self Benched due to scheduling and new job.

We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm. 8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy. We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET. I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.
11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

May 2014 - Break cycle to repeat saline sonogram and re-group. Travel to Kauai 5/7-5/12 (Yay!!)
@EastBayBride508 - thank you for sharing. there are too many times I feel it won't work which is why I love seeing the success stories. I hope it won't take me 5 tries but I have heard many take at least 3 tries.
