5.5 month old waking for another bottle

My 5.5 month old DS has been taking 4 (almost 8 oz) bottles of Nutramigen formula/ day for around a month. We introduced solids about 1.5 weeks ago, and now he has been finishing almost a 2.5oz serving of veggies or fruits along with approx 2.5 Tbs of oatmeal cereal (late afternoon). His last bottle is usually between 5:30 and 7 and then sleeps straight 10-12 hours (thank you Magic Merlin Sleepsuit). Since he started solids, he hasn't been finishing his last bottle. The past two nights he has been waking up around 11:30p and taking a 5th 8ozish bottle. Any ideas? I know it's only been 2 nights.... Love any tips- clueless 1st time Mumma. Thanks!!

    Sorry I'm no help. Best advice is just feed him and the phase will pass. Our LO is only 16 weeks and no solids yet. Good luck!

    Growth spurt? Can't 100% relate, I am BF'ing my 5.5 month old but she just this week went from sleeping 10-12 hours to waking 2 TIMES a night for additional feedings, 4 nights in a row. I know there is a 6mo growth spurt, could be early?
