Stealing this from the "Creepy Things Kids Say" discussion on Jan 15.
What's the creepiest thing your kid (or siblings, kids you were watching, things you said as a child...) has ever said or did?
There are a lot of interesting ones posted here.

Baby boy arrived 11/13/14!
Once when my son had just started talking we were lying in my bed together playing and chatting when suddenly he said, well where did the baby go mommy? I said what baby? He was so serious, he said, the baby that was just playing with us. He's gone gone. I was like...hmmm. ok. Well I don't know where he went. Could be imagination, could be his big brother in heaven playing with him
.
Then when he was a little older he came out of the room after being in bed for a few hours absolutely TERRIFIED. We asked him what was wrong he said that the mean man was back. I said what mean man there's nobody in our house but us. What does he look like? He said he has red eyes and black hair and is really big. He said that the mean man likes to look at him and scares him. Scared the crap out of me and DH to say the least.

I don't have any specific stories, but this reminds me...I had my palm read at a psychic convention shortly after giving birth to DS. The reader told me that my son could "see spirits" and he was an indigo child. The reader said DS could be a medium. I don't put much stock in any of that stuff, but everytime DS kind of stares of into space or looks blankly somewhere...I wonder if he is seeing a ghost!
When DS was a toddler learning animal sounds we taught him that a sheep says "baa". But when he said it he lowered his voice and it came out sounding like the most demonic sheep you could imagine. He did it that way for quite a while. DH and I thought it was creepy and hilarious.

Wait, What?!? - EDD 11/1/19
My little cousin told his mom when he was three, "Mommy, I'm sad." When she asked why he said, "Because you're going to die tomorrow..." and he started to laugh and ran off playing. We still have NO idea where he would have heard that or knew what it meant.
When DD1 was in pre-k she would pretend her mom had died and her new mom was taking care of her. I was petrified her teacher would overhear her and think it was true.

Anyway one I can think of right now is my friends kid who was 2 at the time, every time she'd see me she would just stare right through me, point and say "ebol?" She thought I was evil apparently.
I think she was remembering a couple weeks before when she poked me with a plastic play dough knife and wouldn't stop, so I put her in time out, but it was a freaky response.
