Should I wear this?

I'm in my brothers wedding in 2 months. This is the 3rd dress I've purchased. (We ca choose any grey dress we want). Here's a pic w and w/o a bra. These milky boobs are crazy - should I keep looking? I never rock cleavage. If I had the top taken in a little at the shoulder that would help. Thoughts??

We have to wear red shoes too. Time to look for those!
I hope to create a real siggy but first I need some sleep!

I like it! If you're worried about cleavage, can you find a lace cami to put underneath or maybe have someone sew it up a little?

I agree! My baby shower dress we had to put a small stitch to keep it closed up decently.

  • I like it.  I agree with @mevaroo.  If the cleavage makes you uncomfortable, can you wear a cami underneath?
  • Thanks for the lace cami, bandeau tips!

  • I love it! I definitely vote for the bra, too. I don't think it's too much cleavage at all but if you're not comfortable, you'll be pulling at it all night. I think the lace cami would look cute underneath and seems like it'd still be easy for nursing/pumping.

  • You look beautiful! I really like that dress, and the red shoes sound fun. Maybe a red flower for your hair too? As for cleavage, if you've got it, flaunt it. But a couple tiny stitches might make you feel more secure

I really like that dress and definitely looks good with the girls in a bra! I think it's a good cleavage level you have going, but get a bandeau if you feel the need to be more modest.

Nursing/pumping-wise you'd want to avoid the stitch since the access looks perfect as it is. Bonus with the bandeau & nursing, it can pull right up while you pull dress down to nurse and covers top-boob (which some feel the need to cover, not that you HAVE to).

    Looking beautiful!

You look great! I don't think you look too booby but I likd the bandeau idea if you feel like you need to cover.
  • You look beautiful! Very flattering style dress.

  • I think you look great. Do what will make you more comfortable and have a great time at the wedding. Love the bandeau ideà.
  • Love the dress, you look fabulous - ditto everyone on the tips for covering if you're feeling too exposed but it's not whoa cleavage by my standards.

I say go for it!  I wore the same dress a year ago for a wedding, and 2 of us were pregnant (6-20 weeks), and 2 were 6-12 weeks post-partum (including 1 nursing), and it worked great for everyone! It looks great on you.

  • Thanks everyone! You know how to make a girl feel good. I actually bought the dress in two sizes and tried on the smaller one w a "thin" bra and nursing pads and it worked great and had a bit more coverage since the top fit more snugly.

And I would NEVER go completely braless. These girls have needed a lift since they grew in 20 yrs ago!
I just wanted to show how it looked with out a super structured/ lined bra.
