I am a vegetarian (lacto-ovo). I get my protein from beans, quinoa, Greek yogurt (great for smoothies), milk, peanut butter. I don't like the taste of eggs but they are a good source of protein as well.brittyirene said:I was just thinking about posting about this earlier and wondered.
