Wesley decided to add to his outfit this morning

I came back into the living room to get him to leave for daycare I had just walked into the kitchen to get my purse and car keys. I have no idea where he found the pen, but at least it isn't marker. After a quick morning bath, I was only a half hour late for work. His teacher at daycare laughed when I told her what happened. What a way to start my Tuesday! So hopefully all of your Tuesdays were better.

It is so hot out side we went out for 30 minutes this morning and Emma didn't even complain when I told her we had to come back inside. She is happily playing in the nice cool basement until nap time

@StefanieM522‌ I may be a trashy mom, but I'd have left him like that. LOL I took Alice out yesterday with eyeliner all over her face. She was just so stinking proud of her makeup! I washed it off once and completely devastated her. Actual tears and everything. So I let her put it back on.

I should have just left it this morning. His bath did nothing to the ink but make me late for work. So he is rocking his art work. I suppose it will wear off eventually right! I have no idea where he got this pen. I was searching for a pen last night and never found one and in a matter of seconds my kid finds a pen and draws all over himself.

I just finished doing a massive grocery shop all by myself. It was glorious. Our former sitter sometimes still has C over for play dates , and today she kept A, too. She is so nice, I have no idea what to do to "pay her back ". I offer to have her kids, too, but she always says it's easier at her house with stuff for her older kids to do. I wonder if it would be weird to get some stuff for her kids for back to school? I have no idea.
But, time to go pick them up. I bet C has a tantrum when it's time to go home. They have a little puppy and she nearly lost her mind when she saw it.

I stayed home with sick kids. They have summer colds so this sucks. Also feeling like a loser because K has several mosquito bites from Saturday night and they look awful. I think she has extra bad reactions to mosquito bites!

Pretty sure my kid has an alarm in her head that goes off every time my butt hits a chair. She's been napping for over an hour. I've been cleaning out her closet (she's in our bed so I can do this) the whole time, and not necessarily quiet about it. As soon as I sit down, she's awake. At least she's in a good mood now though.

my hotel gives free beer/wine though. It's pretty awesome.

during training i had to show how to insert multiple locations into an announcement. i picked alaska and hawaii. thought of you and mambo!!
