DS has a black eye

Tallen is really stuffed up today so late this afternoon I took him into the bathroom with the door shut and a hot shower running.  We took in his sports activity center so he could "play basketball" while sitting on the floor. I had covered most of the floor with blankets, towels, etc.  He lost the ball and launched himself onto his belly to get it (his new thing...nothing slow for this kid...must be at TOP. SPEED.) and smacked his face on the ONE part of the floor I didn't have covered. ARGH.

Tonight while bathing him I noticed he had a black eye.  I am the worst mother ever.  Just thought you should know.

    Don't beat yourself up. We've all done something up that alley. Take lots of pics of you tough little guy!

    Mikey has a WOUND on his nose and forehead. Long story short during crawling practice he and a laundry basket, of all things, had a little run in.
