DD is fully on solid foods and is a good eater.....if it's the foods she likes to eat.
Her typical schedule is:
7:00 - cheerios and milk 8:30 - breakfast - oatmeal and fruit, pancakes/waffles and fruit, or scrambled eggs and something else 11:30 - lunch - leftovers or quesadilla, grilled cheese, spaghetti, or mac and cheese 3:00 - snack - crackers 5:30 - dinner - whatever we have for dinner with fruit added.
DD isn't a huge fan of meat, refuses to eat from a spoon, and doesn't like vegetables. It has been a challenge to get her to eat foods that I think she should be having but I can't make her eat. We just offer her foods and will maybe add in a vegetable pouch just to get in some added nutrients.
She also drinks whole milk from a straw cup (only thing she'll drink out of).
