Eye drops for allergies

My eyes have been so itchy lately. I cant stand it anymore. Does anyone know what eye drops can be safely used? I usually use Zaditor but Im not finding out much info about it.

Any other ideas or remedies?

    I've been using my usual allergy eye drops throughout my entire pregnancy without problems or concerns. I use Rite Aid or Walgreens brand.

    I have been using opticon-a eye drops my whole pregnancy.  I checked with my ob and she was ok with it.

    Thanks for the info. I was curious too because I had some really bad cat allergies at my parents early on and had to use eye drops. I didn't think too much of it at the time, but then my coworker said her doctor wouldn't let her use anything during her recent pregnancy and that got me worried! Luckily, I haven't had any issues so I haven't looked into it more.

    My doctor told me antihistamine eye drops are okay. I use Alaway (which I believe is the same active ingredient as Zaditor) and have been using them about once a week throughout my pregnancy (once my doc okayed them).
