Welcome to the June Bugs Check-in!
Check-ins will be every Tuesday & Friday. Your check-in leaders are pblge (Tuesday) and dreambig1021 (Friday).  This is a check-in for those who are doing IVF/IVM or FET with an ER/ET scheduled for June. If you are interested in joining, please fill us in on your cycle below (IVF/FET cycle #, where you are in the process, relevant dates, etc). Be sure to update us along the way!

    Hi Ladies! I can't believe this is our last check-in! It went by so fast! This was my first time leading a check-in group, but I really feel like this was a particularly awesome group. Thanks to everyone for sharing the support, the celebrations, and the heartbreaks. Especially big hugs go out to @Mozzarella13 & @Carol77B for your angels. Thanks to @dreambig1021 for being such an awesome leader! I'm going to miss this group!!!

    QOTD: I'm on day 4 of the estrace tablets, and I'll have my first lining check when I get back home on Wednesday. FX that all goes well, as there's not a lot of wiggle room in my travel back to the city for the FET. If this one doesn't work, then we'll probably seek out RI testing.

    PS. Sorry for the early post and the lack of gif. I'm on crappy hotel internet, and may not have time to post tomorrow as I travel.

This was my 3rd cycle but first with the bump and I have to say I'm beyond grateful for the wisdom you all have, the love you show and the support you give! I had my wtf appt soooo we are on hold until September. I'm sad and happy to wait. I know I need this time...I think my marriage needs this time too. I want to be stress free for a few then get back into the game. Sending hugs to all you lovely ladies!!

     First Re appt was September 2013 OOP for everything minus meds  
    DH's TESE surgery December 2013
    First cycle was February 2014 BFN none to freeze
     Second cycle was April 2014 BFP ending in Chemical Pregnancy none to freeze
     Third cycle June 2014 BFN none to freez
     Fourth cycle October 30th 28 retrieved, 13 mature and 12 fertilized
    PICSI, assisted hatching and fresh sperm from my DH's TESE surgery used
    5 FROZEN from a freeze all cycle! 
    FET completed on DECEMBER 9TH!!!

    My plan is to make it to the end of this week and hopefully have my first transfer‌?!??

    Did my first ever PIO today and it wasn't as bad as I expected. Phew.

    FET #1 in June - delayed due to thin lining, 7/18 SET (7.5 mm lining) resulted in chemical pregnancy
    FET #2 in Sept - 9/4 transferred 2 CCS tested embryos (6.5mm lining)
    9/13 beta #1 - 400, 9/15 beta #2 - 950, U/S 9/22 one gestational/yolk sac - next up 9/29
    3 frozen CCS tested embryos remaining

    I want to say thank you to all you ladies in this amazing group. Congratulations again to all our BFP's, Big group hug to those moving onto other groups and those needing to take a well deserved break. @pblge- Thank you for being such an awesome leader!! I am definitely going to miss the crap out of this group.

    AFM- I'm going on a mini vacation to get my head right. I was super disappointed, sad, mad, and confused about my FET not working out the way I had hoped. After that I scheduled my WTF and will be moving on to FET #2 with what I hope is a positive and determined attitude.

    Me: 42, Hubby: 35, TTC since Jan 2010. Dx: DOR due to advanced maternal age. Also: Hypothyroidism (100mcg Levothyroxin). Positive for MTHFR (hetero-C677T), Factor V Leiden, and Fragile X (on DH side). Taking pre-natal vitamins    .
    First natural PG 9/27/11; mc: 1/20/12
    First RE visit: 8/8/12, Saline Sonogram: 8/28/12, IVF injection class: 10/11/12, add FaBB Tab for FVL, +Vitamin D.
    IVF #1: 10/17/12 Baseline: FSH- 9.4, E2- 24, LH- 3.7, Prog- 0.3 The u/s showed 6 follicles in my right  & 9 in my left. Rx: 150 Bravelle & 150 Menopur SQ nightly. 10/21/12: Add Ganirelix SQ every morning.
    ER 10/28/12: 13 Retreived. 7 Mature. 6 Fertilized. 5 Made it to PGS. ET 11/2/12: CANCELED. All 5 came back from PGS as having "severe abnormalities."

    IVF #4:     (Added acupuncture to this cycle.) 3/25/13 WTF & Baseline: FSH-11.8, E2- 56, Prog- 0.84 3/26/13 Start stims. 3/30/13 u/s: 5 follicles in my right & 4 in my left. Rx: 225 Bravelle& 225 Menopur SQ in PM. 3/31/13 Add Ganirelix SQ in AM.hCG Trigger 4/3/13 SQ.
    ER 4/5/13: 5R, 3M, 3F naturally. Day 3: two 8 cell, grade 0, one 8 cell, grade 2 (Scale 0-best to 3-worst). Five day ET 4/10/13: two blastocysts (the 3rd stopped growing.) Beta 4/18/13: 2.5 BFFN. RE recommends we stop trying and focus on living childless, due to the extremely poor quality of my eggs.
    ***Decided to stop trying and live CFNBC. I couldn't adjust. So, six months later...
    IVF #5: Changed RE. Going to one of the big name clinics now. OWDU: 10/29/13. Update: HORRIBLE experience. Disgusted and distraught at their complete unprofessionalism and how much money and precious time they cost us. Sickening. Have now changed RE again. New Patient appt. 1/30/14.
    BFP! Out of nowhere, I got KU the old fashioned way! POAS 1/26/14 - Positive! FDLM 12/30/13. Beta #1 16dpo= 373. Beta #2 18dpo= 801. EDD 10/6/14
    2/4/14 1st U/S revealed a 5wk2day sac but no fetal pole. Started 200mgs of progesterone suppositories daily
    2/11/14 2nd U/S revealed a perfect 6wk1day "diamond ring" embryo with a beating heart! 138bpm! Add 1mg folic acid and 40mg Lovenox
    2/25/14 3rd U/S: perfect 8w1d embryo, 178bpm. 3/6 start spotting. 3/11 10w1d U/S shows no heartbeat. Scheduling D&C. The Stork has forsaken me again.
    IVF #5.2: New in-state RE. Supplement priming for 1.5 cycles prior to start of cycle, including DHEA 50mg (stopped 5/15), CoQ10 200mg 2x/day, L-Arginine- 1000mg 2x/day (stopped 6/5 due to cold sore!), myo-inositol- 2g 2x/day, melatonin- 3mg, and Neevo (prenatal for MTHFR).
    5/16/14 Day 2 bw cycle prior: FSH- 12.22, E2- 38.37, Prog- 1.35, LH- 9.46. 6/2/14 Day 19 bw: Prog- 23
    6/12/14 Baseline: E2- 122.7, Prog- 0.4. 5 follicles in left, 4 follicles in right. Start stims: 375IU Follistim & 150IU Menopur. 6/19 Increase Follistim to 425IU, Menopur still 150IU. 6/18 add Ganirelix. 6/23 Ovidrel trigger SQ. 6/25 ER: 8R, 8M, 5F naturally. Start Medrol & Doxy. 6/26 Start Endometrin. 7/2 Start Lovenox.
    7/8/14 Beta= 137.4 BFP!!! (My first from IVF!) E2- 1109, Prog- >60. Stop CoQ10, myo-inositol, and melatonin. 7/9 2nd Beta= 281.4. TSH- 2.70. Increasing Synthroid to 100mcg daily. 7/24 6w3d u/s measured 6w3d, hb: 121bmp! 8/5 8w1d u/s measured 8w3d, hb: 164bpm! Graduated from RE to OB. Now I just need to find an OB!
    EDD 3/18/15!

    Thank you to all for the support with my first (And only) ivf. Knowing you all were here made it easier going through everything.

    AFM- I'm on cycle day 27, so if AF doesn't show by day 35, it's onto provera and we can start our fet cycle. Wahoo!!

    I can't believe it's over! As much as I wish we could all move on from IF, it's nice to have a great group of women to support each other through these tough times. Congrats to everyone who was successful this month, hugs to the BFNs and super squishy hugs to our June angel moms.

    QOTD: Fancypants RE consult is this week! Yay! I'm armed with lots of info and questions about improving our embryo quality and hoping that this doctor will be willing to work with us. If so, I think we will be cycling again in September. I've been really enjoying being non-medicated lately so I'm happy to have another month and a half of freedom!

I know I've been out of the group for awhile but just wanted to say congrats to the other bfp's and big huge hugs for those that need them.     ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    Thank you @pblge‌ and @dreambig1021‌ for leading the check-ins! You did a great job. I am so sad this is the last checking in for such a great group of ladies. I loved seeing everybody's updates and us all cheering each other on and supporting each other throughout our cycle. I wish everybody luck in whatever their next step is and definitely hope to see you all around. Junebugs rock!!

IVF #1 Oct/Nov 2013: Long Lupron with Gonal-F. 7R, 7M, 7F. 2 txfer@3d. Nothing frozen.  => M/C @ 8 wks. :'( Selected RPL panel all normal. Very hyper and brittle response to stims. IVF #2 (antagonist protocol) Feb 2014 => Converted to IUI (Perfect conditions). BFN. IVF #2.1 w/ new RE June 2014: Antagonist protocol. 33R, 31M, 30F, 19 blasts to test!!! I made it through without crashing!! :) Hats off to Dr. Fancypants!! ET of one 5AB blast. BFN. 13 10 CCS'ed snowflakes! FET #1 PUPO as of 7/29 Betas: 8/7@24, 8/9@97, 8/11@334 (etc.) Two sacs on 8/15, one seen on 8/18 after a bleed. U/s 8/25 (6+3) "perfect": 5.9 mm + HB@120bpm! U/s 9/4 (7+6): 15.9 mm + HB@172 bpm! Please, PLEASE stick this time!!!!
