  Hm, if this were me, I would probably skip the formality of a card and just send everyone in her office an e-mail. Something like this?

  We all know that X is due a few weeks from now. We are having a small party for her on XYZ. Do not feel obligated to get her anything, but I will be getting her gift cards to XYZ so her first month of parenting is stress free. If you would like, you can contribute to the gift cards. I will be accepting money until X date. There will also be a group card that everyone will sign. If anyone wants to help with decorations and cake, please let me know.
