Hey all, for those who have been following my journey, I had my blood work done today. (backstory: annovulatory with no response to Clomid at the 50mg, 100mg, or 150mg doses). Bloodwork this morning indicated my LH appears to be surging, so tomorrow it's off for more bloodwork and an ultrasound. Fingers crossed! This may be the first time ever since TTC that I ovulate!
Me: 30 DH: 32
Married 6/2010
TTC since Nov 2013 (no BC since Feb 2013)
DX: Annovulation
SA: excellent
HSG: normal
Treatment: Clomid 50 mg (NR); 100 mg (NR); 150 mg (NR);
July 2014 200 mg Clomid w/ good response
7-19-14 Ovidrel trigger w/ scheduled intercourse on 7/19 and 7/20
7-24-14 pregnancy symptoms started
7-31-14 pregnancy symptoms increasing
8-1-14 BFP!!
8-2-14 BFP!!
8-3-14 (just to make sure lol) BFP!!
8-4-14 b/w confirmed!
8-6-14 b/w still looks good, u/s scheduled for 8/14 and b/w on 8/13

IUI #1 on 7/3/14 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI (44 million sperm, 1 dominant follie) = BFN
IUI #2: on 7/28/14 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI (23 million sperm, 2 dominant follies) = BFN
IUI #3 on 8/22/2014 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI (53 million sperm, 2 dominant follies)= BFP MMC @ 7weeks

We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm. 8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy. We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET. I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.
11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF. I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).
We are using open ID donor sperm. IUIs #1-7=BFN. IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).

March 2014 - HSG left tube blocked, right tube partially blocked bilaterial partial obstruction; onward to the RE in April
May 1, 2014 - Lap surgery and chromopertubation; Dr removed a bit of endo, but everything looks healthy & tubes are clear!
May 2014- First medicated cycle, 2.5mg femara+TI; BFN
June 2014- 2.5mg femara + hCG + IUI on 6/18= BFP on 6/28!; C/P on 7/3
July 2014- 2.5mg femara + IUI #2 on 7/18. Starting progesterone 7/23, bfn
August 2014- 2.5mg femara + hCG + IUI # 3 on 8/15. BFN
Tx break
IVF #1 -
12/1 - TOT & SIS- RE found a polyp
12/15 - Hysterscopic surgery to remove the polyp; additional polyps found and removed
12/29- Good baseline u/s, 12 antral follies
12/30- Started stimming
1/10 - ER: 17 retrieved, 14 fertilized!
My Ovulation Chart - No data, just meds
Just started my 4th cycle of 5 days of 5 mg of Femara.
IF veterans; #1 conceived on second clomid+HCG+IUI, #2 conceived on 1st Letrozole+HCG+IUI
EDD: Feb 5, 2018
4 Losses (2003, 2008, Apr 2012, & Oct 2012)
All RPL and IF testing with multiple REs = normal
5 IUIs = BFN
All AL are welcome
Yet then the b/w came back and my numbers are lower than yesterday (LH 14, yesterday was 22). However, the nurse said it could be because I'm using different labs so the values are different and that I should stick with coming to their lab every day for the rest of this week (they are 45 min from my house and then another 45 min to work for a 5 second blood draw!?)
So I don't know what the hell my body is doing. The plan is to just hump like bunnies and hope I actually ovulate. If we don't get pregnant this cycle we will need to look at other options. Just so frustrated, and def not in the mood to even have sex.
