  Sounds like a small amount of leaking to me. I've had something similar a few times now but never enough leakage that there's wetness.

  If it's yellow, it could be colostrum, the fatty pre-milk liquid. I've had that as well, throughout my pregnancy.

  could be colostrum as mine look a bit yellowish when i have leaked and the colostrum has dried. i usually shower, lightly wash nips haha and then put some lanolin on it. i also don't use any perfume / shower gel on my boobs as i find this makes me itch more!

  Mine do this from excess moisture. It occurred around the base of the nipple
