Where to buy jewelry

I am going back to work this fall, and I am trying to update my wardrobe and accessories. I definitely need some new necklaces, bracelets, and maybe earrings. I want them to be nice, but not spend a lot of money on them (hoping for the $20-30 range, cheaper is even better!). Where do you buy cute jewelry? Bonus points if you suggest places I can shop online.

If you have a Versona near you, they have adorable stuff for cheaper than that price range. You can't shop online though. New York and Company usually has really cute stuff too, but I haven't been in a long time since they closed ours. They do have online shopping.

I haven't been good about buying costume type stuff since having kids but my little sister is. She gets a lot if stuff at charming Charlie's. I might have to try it too. I guess looking put together at work would be good.

I got three things from Charlie's. They all broke right away. Either Charlie's is really cheaply made or I have the world's worst luck. It could go either way really

Bummer! I was hoping it would be inexpensive but not cheaply made... I guess you can't have both!

@lexusolsen you're a teacher, too, right? I am going back to teaching this fall. I never look put together. I am hoping a few new jewelry pieces might help me.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am actually on NY&C's website now trying to maximize their Buy One Get One 50% off sale, plus their "Spend $X, get $X off." It's always a game trying to figure out how to get the most for my money here.

You can get cute stuff on sale at Nordstrom. Their price points aren't that bad and they have great sales. Their anniversary sale is coming up too

@LoveBeingMama‌ Yep! This was my second year back since having dd. I feel like it took the first year to just get used to teaching and parenting.

the second year I actually felt like I knew what I was doing, for the most part. I'm hoping that this year I can look put together in addition to everything else! It's taken longer than it should! Good luck!

Stella & Dot, LOFT, and Banana Republic of JCrew Clearance or their outlet stores are my go to. Jewlery saves me when I have no time to do my hair or iron dressy clothes. Just put on a plain top and layer on the necklaces lol. It also helps that my 8 years don't really care what I look like either.

The Nordstrom anniversary sale is so so good for jewelry, and they are awesome for shopping online because they have so many filters (and free shipping). Also love banana republic and if you're getting more than one piece loft/banana/whbm they always have buy 2 get one etc etc sales.

Have you heard of premier jewelry? Its the type that if you host a party then you get free stuff for however much you get in sales.
I had a party to get free jewelry for my wedding party.
The jewelry is really nice. I love having those parties. I actually need to have another 1. They have nice watches. Plus save your receipt & if it breaks you get it replaced.

Banana republic has really cute work appropriate costume jewelry. If you have their card and get rewards and/or wait for sales (or shop at the outlet) you can get some really nice, better quality pieces for a great price!

If I'm looking for costume jewelry, I usually go to Macy's. I usually shop around Christmas and they have really great sales then on it. If you're going to do Macy's, definitely wait for some kind of sale.
