Dumb question round infinity

My EBF baby's poops recently started to really stink when he goes. Not like poop, but REALLY stale and able to be smelled across the room.

Is this a sign of food allergy or fairy sensitivity?

    The smell of my kids' poop changed depending on what I was eating more of.  There was a 2 week period where DS2's poop smelled exactly like the popcorn butter they have at the movies.  It was eerie.

    If it's just the poop that stinks, and LO seems normal, I wouldn't worry about it.

    Yep. Watch out for his toots too! Dh told ds he was going to live on the farm if he keeps it up.

    My LOs have changed in smell also. For about a week they were very sulphur like. Smelled like rotten eggs every time she farted.
