CERCLAGE REMOVED at 37 WEEKS!

hiiiii!! lovely ladies on here. just want to let you know i had my cerclage removed last tueday (8th July) and it wasn't nowhere near how bad i was anticipating it to be! the only uncomfortable part really was the speculum. legs up in stirrups, end of the bed was removed, the bed was raised and the dr sat on a small little stool with a huge torch in between my legs ha ha ha. i did have a little gas and air due to my stitch being quite high up and when the dr was touching the stitch i was almost jumping off the bed ha ( i also have a short cervix as well as IC) it was about a 5 out of 10 for pain. the whole process took less than 4 minutes. i did bleed after, but only a little. i was home after 1 hour with light cramps annnnd thats it!! i have been getting cramps on and off since the cerclage has been removed which is normal and i have been told its just my body getting ready! if anyone has any questions please ask away!! 38 weeks tomorrow!! eeeeek! x
