Anyone go to Curves?

    I think it was 40-something per month.  I enjoyed it because I felt like I was working on everything and it was short.  However, my chiropractor was recently telling me about how the type of equipment they use doesn't really work your muscles well.  Something about a positive force on your muscles going in both directions (ie. up and down), when you really need a positive AND a negative force on your muscles - like if you're lifting weights.  It made sense when he explained it.

    I think it was 30ish per month?  Anway, I got really bored with it.  It's the same thing over and over and over.  The one I went to really tried to get the women to talk to each other, which annoyed the hell out of me because I just wanted to zone out.

    I used to. I really want to start going back. I loved it, and it really worked.

    I think the price varies. It was like $24 for me. I'm gonna go back, its a good way to get back into shape. My plan is to use it as a steping stone.
