I have one of these and it first showed up at around 7 weeks (At least that was when i first noticed it and i examine myself pretty often lol). I've heard this is super early to be seeing the line...Is it still considered normal? I do have a tan complexion, as i'm half italian. My mom said she had it with her pregnancies. Right now it is a light brown, goes to my belly button and extends down to pubic area.

My sister got it in her 2nd trimester, I think my mom got it in her 3rd all the pregnancies after me. It's hereditary... 1st Tri is kind of early from what I've seen but it's harmless.

I'm medium complected latina with dark hair and never got one. It just depends.

Mine showed up pretty early in my pregnancy...I'm thinking towards the middle/end of my first tri. It wasn't all that dark then but has gotten darker at the pregnancy has progressed.

I have a light complexion and I noticed mine yesterday, 7 weeks, I'm expecting twins so I don't know if that makes a difference, I always thought I'd see it months later, I am also having the belly itchiness already

My belly itches too, seriously ? I thought i was imagining it because how can my skin possibly be stretching this soon??? Also..isn't there an old wives tale about gender pertaining to these lines we get?

I noticed mine during the 2ww. it was the reason I took a test I didn't think I was pregnant but my stomach was bloated and I had a light line under my belly button

My dr said hormone spikes contribute to the itchies. I'm a fan of Mustela Stelatopia cream... Expensive but worth the $$ for sure.
