Finally Introducing Myself and NFL

Hi all! We just announced to our moms, so I figure what better time to introduce myself than now?

I'm 29 and will be 30 come January.
I wasn't even planning on doing an intro until I saw a member get cray on someone for asking a question without doing a proper intro. *yikes*
I have an 11 y/o DD and my SO has a 3 y/o DD.
My SO and I have been together for almost 3 years- he and his EW separated when baby was just 3 months old.
I am due 1/18, but sonogram says 1/20.

Anyways, I've really enjoyed watching and participating in the discussions and wish nothing but the best for us all.

Question: Are you an NFL fan and if so, who is your team?

I go for the San Diego Chargers and my SO goes for the Dallas Cowboys- a family divided. Lol!

And, yes. I am an NFL fan. I bleed green and gold for the Green Bay Packers. The only maternity shirts I have ever spent money on (the rest I have are hand me downs) are shirts for football season from Cafepress. hahaha.

Hi and welcome! I love football even more then my DH! Lol It's a Bucs life for me! Born and bred

My dad and great grandmother were huge fans and even though I spent most of my childhood making fun of them they are my team.
Go ahead and boo, but I have faith in Lovie Smith and my boys!
My DH is a Colts fan. He got me tickets right by the 50 yard line to the Bucs vs. Colts game in 2011 as a wedding gift! We got a lot of side glances holding hands but it was so much fun! Of course my boys won! They don't always play each other but when they do our house is divided too.

@KWBW-- Sometimes you can get some through things like Motherhood Maternity (it would have to be online if your team isn't the local favorite). I got a few from Cafepress. You can either custom make them, or some of the teams have ones available made by someone else (I went that route). They can be expensive, though, so watch for sale percentages on their website if you go the Cafepress route. Two shirts with shipping and tax and 40% off was almost $45 for me...

I'm also a lurker who hasn't introduced myself yet. We just started telling people this weekend so it's time I say hi. I'm due 1/16 but at the NT scan they said s/he was measuring about a week older, so we'll see. But, enough about that, the more important thing being that I'm a Redskins fan. DH is a Panthers fan and we actually used to place a bet every year about which team would have the better record. I can't wait till football season!

I love football season, but I really don't have a team. I guess I root for the Bengals, but anyone from Cincy can attest, the ownership makes it difficult to like the franchise as they screw over the fans (esp those living in the county) every chance they get

Welcome! We are huge Redskins fans but to me the Bears are my close 2nd. We actually talked today about going to Chicago for a long weekend for a babymoon and going to the Bears/Packers game at the end of September. We were walking to the subway this morning and I was practically jumping up and down. I told DH that he should be happy that all his wife wants to do on their babymoon is go to a football game!
