Hi
Im looking for an easy explanation (I am far from computer savvy) to be able to put pictures in these messages and make the tracker come up every time. Is there a "how to" somewhere on this website?

you will need to create the ticker (it guides you through ?'s) then you add (copy and paste it) it to your profile.
If the link doesn't work - you can click on the badges link (bump badges) I think on the lower right hand. It will take you to the next page, then on the left you will see the link to the tickers. I am sure it isn't the most direct route, but it will get you there. GL.
