confession: the name Siren

in 3rd Trimester

So my maiden name is pronounced Siren ... but isn't spelled that way. And for a while, we considered giving a baby girl that mn.

But I just couldn't do it to her. I got teased SO MUCH growing up with that last name.

Good thing I'm having a second boy, huh? lol!

    But seriously, I could see the difference if it is a family name, and not just because you want to be theatrical because you family is "musical".

    yeah, that's what I thought too, lol. And gosh the stories I could scare her with using that name.

    By the by ... thanks for the compliment on DS's name. We think it really suits him and I love using Gray as his nickname.
