Do you have a Munchkin bottle warmer?

I seem to have lost my instruction card that tells you how much water to add. If anyone has the munchkin brand bottle warmer could you share the info or post a pic of your card?

    The little green thing on the front has lines on it, fill it to the line, drop the water into the main compartment, turn on. That's me remembering two years ago...

    @Lilygrace48‌ the thing is, I don't remember which lines mean which...
    Just that more is for frozen less is for thawed and ones in betweeny have to with the number of ounces you're warming.

    There's a little card that comes with it that has a chart telling you what line to fill it to. If anyone has that, that's what I'm looking for! Thanks! :)

    MC#4 - BFP Sep 2012 - u/s good at 8wks, 11 wks - no h/b and measuring 8w1d - diagnosed as Turner Syndrome
    IVF Round 1 - Retrieved 20 eggs, 8 confirmed blasts as chromosomally normal and one xfrd 9/25/2013 BFP on 10/9. EDD 6/13/2014

    Aw thanks you're the best! I guess I suck at googling cause I couldn't find one haha. That's not my exact model but I bet the chart is close to the same. :)

    there were several but this one was the closest to the picture that showed so i took a guess...hope this is it - i was hoping that the chart would be the same
