Ok ladies, we've never had to deal with a higher fever here so I'm unsure of what to do. Here's today in a nutshell:
B woke up with a fever. Wouldn't eat anything. Threw up his milk and water. Took him to the walk in. 102 fever. Gave him a Tylenol suppository. He fell asleep on the way home. Took a 3.5 hour nap. Woke up hungry obviously so he had crackers, watermelon, water and pedialite. Gave him some ibuprofen about 5:30ish. Ran around like crazy. Total acting like himself. Pushed fluids then had some plain noodles and more water/pedialite. Just put him to bed and he felt warm again. He asked for medicine which he knows is for his teeth and asked to go to bed which he never does. My gut isn't right about it. I can't give him ibuprofen, it's every 8 hours. Can I give Tylenol? I'm awful at this stuff. HELP! TIA.

This is what I was going to say. A gets ear infections and has had a lot of fevers with them. She always wakes up when the fever goes up again.
