  Spotting is "normal" as far as symptoms go.... It's fairly common and often doesn't mean anything. If the bleeding is not bright red or more than a pad an hour it *could just be normal spotting. It wouldn't have anything to do with your walk, even moderate exercise doesn't pose a risk.

  It was not heavy by any means , as I said it wasn't really spotting it was more of a discharge. I think I might have just overdid it with exersizeing. It has stopped thankfully. If it got heavy YES I would have went to the doctor. I did not know about google phone. Thanks for all the tips!

  Try not to stress. Just relax until you can get in to see your doctor. I had some light bleeding around 7 weeks and I was very scared as well but it only lasted a couple days. It is very common in the early weeks. Hope everything works out for you and baby.

  I saw pink spotting around the same time and was super worried.  It was after a workout.  Apparently it is common around 7 weeks. I had a doctors appointment the next day, so I was able to get confirmation there was nothing wrong.  She just told me to take it easy and call if there was any bright red blood. If you think there is a real problem, call your doctor.
