Sorry summer.....

I usually love summer. I dream about it all fall/winter. I'm all about sundresses, sandals, the beach, parks....good summer fun. But these last two wks I have been praying for fall. Every time I step out my front door I am instantly exhausted/sick from the heat. I look forward to next summer, but this summer has got to go! I could not imagine being 7 plus months right now. Sorry to all my summer lovers....I'm miserable in this heat. P.S I live in Ga, so it's hot as heck!!

I amin FL and the heat and humidity have been intense, but it isn't bothering me too badly, as long as I dress in cool, light clothing. I couldn't imagine being 6+ months right now. I had my first in June and that was rough.

I live in GA as well! I thought I was going to pass out from the heat yesterday. I'm trying to stay inside as much as possible. Like you said, at least we're only a couple weeks along right now. Being majorly pregnant in summer would be brutal (I'm a ginger too so my skin already pretty much hates the sun).

I live in Arizona also and it's just awful!! I am so ready for what we call our winter! Although that doesn't usually come until Christmas!

We did have a pretty awesome short loved monsoon this evening though!!

The older I get, the less I enjoy being a million degrees. I like sandals and going to the pool from time to time....but bring on those pumpkins, cool evening breezes, and changing leaves!

I am trying to spend as much time in the ac as possible! And summer is usually my favorite also.

We are in GA too. We were in South GA for the weekend and I could not stand stepping outside. I still love summer, I'm a teacher, but the heat can go!

Fellow GA peeps - there's a cool front coming! I saw it on the news! The high is supposed to be in the low 80s here in Atlanta starting sometime this week. It's not fall, but it's better than mid-90s!

And I do smugly think that our pregnancies are timed perfectly, weather-wise!

I'm in Texas and today sucked. Ran 30 minutes of errands, but that was all DS could stand. He was an uncomfortable little peanut even with the a/c at full blast. When I got home I went into the backyard to prune the rose garden and barely made it before I was ready to pass out. My yard just may go to hell this summer.

I'm a GA girl too, and this is such good news! I'm having to walk in the early morning and late evening or it's miserable! I'm with you on the perfect pregnancy dates! Being pregnant when it's cool/cold sounds great and flu season should be over/almost over when baby comes!

Houston, TX here ... we love our 90-100 degree weather with 100% humidity! /jk

Seriously though, I actually personally don't mind it too much. What gets me is that apparently Houstonians decide that summer is the perfect time to make the indoors feel like winter. I'm surprised it doesn't start snowing in some movie theaters with how low they set their A/C.
