My 12 week old got diagnosed with bronchiolitis on Wednesday (7/9). DS has been coughing since June 22 which first started as a head cold that the Doctor said would clear up in about a week and postponed his shots til 6/30. Still coughing on 6/30 but received the clear for vaccines since no fever and his lungs sounded clear. I was told his cough would go away within 7 to 10 days. Started Daycare 7/2 with an occasional cough. He begins to get some congestion and fast forward to 7/9 , Daycare calls me to say my LO is wheezing.
I took my LO to the Doctor and he prescribed nebulizer with the albuterol medicine. Follow up appointment was this past Friday. I had asked if there was anything other than the nebulizer and saline drops/nose frida/steam showers for vapor/humidifier, and he said no that that should be fine and to continue nebulizer treatments every 6 hours and follow up with the Doctor next week.
I feel like such a wreck and wish I could take his cough and congestion away. I also wish that he didn't have to be in daycare so young. Is anyone else dealing with their LO being sick this early on?

Anyway, I feel your pain. Good thoughts to you and LO!
