  I am only familiar with Portland area hospitals. I bet Salem Hospital would be able to accommodate a water birth. Call these hospitals and ask. Go tour the L&D in these hospitals.

  I know Meridian Park in Tualatin just started doing water births. It would be a little far for you though.

  I know of two places in Eugene/Springfield that do water birth but I don't have any experience with either of them.
  
  1) Sacred Waters Birth is a licensed, midwife- assisted water birth center. Their phone number is 541-344-7974
  
  2) The Nurse Midwifery Birth Center is affiliated with PeaceHealth hospital and offers tubs for water birth. Their number is 541-222-7750.
