Major spit up

My 10 week old just started this thing where normally 1 bottle a day normally the 5-6am bottle he spits it up all over the place... It's so bad I have to suck his nose afterwards. He is EFF.. Anyone else had this problem that had some advice?

    Maybe he is drinking too fast because it is his first bottle after going a long stretch without eating? Have you tried paced feeding, a slower nipple, or stopping to burp in the middle?

    My lo has been doing something similar but in the afternoon. At least 3tbsp worth. He's teething though (confirmed by ped) so he's swallowing a ton of saliva. What does the spit up look like? Clear with clumpy bits? Milk? If you're concerned, I'd def bring it up with your doc.

    My LO is BF but she has started spiting up a lot lately. Even hours after her last feed.

    Ugh, I feel your pain. Spit up is so stressful! I hate it! I agree with PP, maybe try a slower nipple?
